The hostel is quite ( exactly what you need after a long hike) very central and very close to a variety of shops . The host has been so welcoming and so helpful. Highly recommended

It is located in a central yet quiet neighbourhood, it was very clean, our room (the big family suite) had a well working AC.
The apartment is managed by a helpful owner that we never saw but only were in touch with via our phones. There is a maid who does not speak any English living in the apartment. Check-in was chaotic not for us but a lot of times guests wandered in but didn’t find anyone to show them their room so we had to help out as best as we could.
What really annoyed us was that the maid does not seem to have her own room. She and her little daughter were sleeping in the living room (one night there were even more kids and maybe the father?). Our door that had a diffuse glass window was bordering the living room. Every night when going to sleep we had to ask them to turn the very bright lights off and be quiet.

!My review is about the „Loveley home for you“! There are two hostels with similar names runned by the same owner. She is a really nice and kind person as well as the staff working there. They create a unique and cozy atmosphere. It is a vibrant place with all the travelers. I really appreciated it. Even the upper bunk beds are pretty wide and confortable, the dorm room has a high ceiling.

Nice garden, calming sound of the river.
Kitchen was ok, only one working stove unfortunately, but two large fridge-freezers.
The noise and music of the neighbouring cafe in the evening/night was not so nice (if you are in a “tent”).
There was sometimes no personnel present, so we helped two times newly arriving guests with check-in.
We had to pay double for storage of luggage (200 som/bag/day). It turned out to be a mistake, but could not be resolved anymore because we already had to leave.
