La disponibilità del proprietario, che mi ha scritto prima del mio arrivo e mi ha dato informazioni utili per il mio soggiorno;
la possibilità di fare il check-in a qualunque ora;
la camera ha un balcone perfetto per stendere e per fare colazione in silenzio e con molta tranquillità (dal balcone di nessun appartamento si vede il mare, ma ci sono un tavolino, due sedie e i fili per stendere i vestiti lavati e i costumi);
la camera ha una piccola cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare (frigorifero, posate, piatti, fornelli...);
ci sono una lavatrice perfettamente funzionante e detersivi a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti;
gli appartamenti sono letteralmente a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, che, pur essendo molto turistica, ha un mare splendido, e si trovano a un minuto a piedi da due parcheggi gratuiti.
È stato tutto perfetto.

Mooi appartement met balkon en vlak naast Mastiek struiken, niet ver van het strand en buiten de drukte. de drie appartementen hebben maar één prive parking maar je kan in de straat parkeren of op gratis parkings op 100m. Gedeelde wasmachien. De eigenaars wonen ernaast en reageren direct als je iets vraagt of een opmerking hebt, (communiceer via berichten want ze hebben de automatische vertaler nodig)

Πολύ φασαρία από τους ενοίκους, δεν φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης. Το μπάνιο θέλει βελτιώσεις.
