Terrible

terrible service when picking up keys. needed a code to get in safe to collect the keys. Code never came which made us stranded in the evening, with no accommodation. Called all the numbers provided, no answers. Unbeleivable and had to find another hotel. Worst service ever experienced. No compensation sofar. what a nightmare.
