An apartment that I never want to visit again

We were so disappointing.. I couldn't find anything good.

There were far too many issues. After checking in, we discovered the following problems: - The room lights did not turn on. - There was not enough hot water for even one person to shower. - The kitchen gas cooktop did not work. - The temperature was below 10°C, yet the bed had only a thin summer blanket. - We tried to raise the room temperature, but the AC/heating system did not work. We reported all of these issues to the host, but not a single one was addressed. We had booked a two-night stay, but due to the extreme cold we were unable to sleep and had to leave after just one night. We requested a refund for the unused night, but received no response. I hereby state clearly that this place is unfit to operate as accommodation. Booking.com should remove this property from its listings to prevent others from experiencing the same problems.

Very nice apartment, totally worth it

Great location and very nice apartment. Very modern and with a great balcony view to the pool,

I don't really understand how it is possible that the apartment doesn't have hand soap and dish washer. I know everyone can buy these items, but why does the management company not provide such essential products? Also, the place has a pool and would be ideal to have pool towels or beach towels, but they are not provided which does not make sense to me at all. These little details make the difference and I simply believe the management company should provide them for convenience of the renters.

Lovely apartment, shame on the check in process

The apartment was nice and modern. Aircon in all main rooms and the balcony was lovely. Great location close to a supermarket, the marina and the Old Town.

The dishwasher didn’t work and there were a few things missing that would be helpful, like tea towels, washing up liquid, salt and pepper etc. The checkin process was what let this place down. We had to queue for quite a while at Dream Algarve to collect the keys. Directions to the property was aweful, as were how to get in and where to find the actual door. It took us almost an hour and numerous phone calls. It would be really helpful if someone showed you where it was, or gave you detailed instructions. Also when called they were quite rude on the phone.

Po przyjeżdzie nie działało air condition, temperatura w obiekcie - 12st. C !, następnie zepsuł się piecyk gazowy i nie można się było wykąpać. Na koniec zepsuła się kuchenka gazowa - nie działał jeden palnik i zapłon.
