We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tracey's home in Millerton. The house is beautifully designed and furnished in a simple modern style. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of wood for the fire. Nearby in Millerton and the wider region are great restaurants. The view is spectacular, and worth waking up early for the sunrise. The slope in front of the house was a great place for sledding. And when we needed it, Tracey quickly replied to our request to have the driveway sanded to make it easier to ascend. She was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this rental.

This contemporary house is perfect in every way. This is the quintessential place to experience and enjoy majestic Dutchess County, and all the attractions and activities it offers. Strategically located near Connecticut and Massachusetts, this house offers a great inside/outside living experience, no matter the season, through the well-designed heated and screened porch. This is NOT a party house, but it is a spectacular house, where nothing is missing, and whether you’re in company or not, you’ll feel disconnected from the hectic world, with views for miles, a sunrise that cleanses your soul, and star showers, and a Moon, that feels like you could touch it. Incredibly gracious host, always accessible and accommodating. We loved our stay. House is perfectly equipped (nothing is missing). Strongly recommend and we would rent again in heartbeat.
