Nestled in Andernos-les-Bains, this charming house for $434 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Magnificent 4-bedroom villa in a quiet area, ideal for a family, with a heated swimming pool on an enclosed and tree-lined 800 m² plot, secure for children and parents! The single-storey house is located on the edge of the pine forest, with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Bike paths are nearby and allow you to get to the beach or the city center in 7 minutes by bike! Very bright, it benefits from a beautiful kitchen-living room-covered terrace area overlooking the swimming pool, without any vis-à-vis. On the 40 m² covered terrace facing south, you will find garden furniture, a table with 8 chairs + Weber barbecue to enjoy regional specialties and the view of the garden and the forest. Our heated swimming pool is protected by an electric roller shutter, it will allow you to cool off and have fun (3 large steps with a maximum depth of 1.40m). It is surrounded by a large pool deck of around 60 m2 with a sun shower, comfortable deck chairs and a large parasol. The 800m2 plot is perfect for children of all ages to have fun in complete safety. It is possible to park 2 cars in the inner driveway. The house is fully equipped: - 4 bedrooms (2 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, 1 of which is extendable), all with French windows opening onto the garden or the terrace/pool, including a master suite. - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to cook! - large living room opening onto terrace and swimming pool, with sofa, coffee table, sideboard, TV, WIFI, PS 3, and a Yamaha piano for music lovers! - entrance with large wardrobe with sliding doors including washing machine and dryer - 2 bathrooms, one with double basin and 2 toilets Games and books are available for children and parents to enjoy during their stay. Andernos-les-Bains is a seaside town, full of flowers, which lives as well in summer as in winter, located halfway between the Dune du Pilat and Cap Ferret. It offers 8 tennis courts, 2 of which are covered, a Casino, a covered market (every morning), shops, restaurants and shows all year round. It directly overlooks the basin (sailing school, beaches, etc.) and is very close to the ocean. Bike paths at the end of the street, allowing you to come and go to the city center and to go around the Arcachon basin (for the brave!) - 5 minutes from the beaches, the basin, the ocean and the city center which is lively all year round (fireworks, concerts, shows, etc.). - 5 min from shops, supermarkets, the city center, restaurants, the large Place Louis David (the largest Pier in the Basin), the oyster port (seafood) - 9 km from Lège Cap Ferret (Golf ..) and 14km from the Atlantic Ocean (Grand Crohot ...) - 35 km from Bordeaux Merignac (Airport) which is 25 min drive
