Very nice home in a residential area. The checkin process was seamless…very clear, concise directions on how to enter the house. Communication was excellent. Ginnette was an awesome host. Very attentive and answered all our calls and texts in a timely manner. She also allowed a late checkout! House is very spacious with plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was excellent for walking distance to the beach, grocery store, convenient store and plenty of restaurants. Only negative…it was a little noisy at night. Dogs barking, loud music, people talking and cars coming and going. This doesn’t deter from the home at all…just the location. Would Definitely recommend this property.

I stayed here with 6 other family members. We all really liked the house. It slept all of us in comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean and having 2 was useful to the 7 of us. In addition to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there was a large Livingroom, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting area near the kitchen. It had a bunch of amenities that I didn't use, like fully equipped kitchen and good TV. And some that we did use. The easy to connect internet and washing machine were put to good use. There was also a downstairs yard and parking area, but I didn't really use this area. Our location was in a kinda residential town. Most every house, including this one, had gated-in yards or bars on the windows or both. But I didn't feel unsafe at all. Beaches and tourist stuff were not in walking distance, but we drove there easily. Old San Juan was just minutes away. So was the beach. So was the Airport. One thing that was walking distance was a bakery where we got sweet and savory pastries every morning for breakfast. It was delicious. The check in and out were super easy. And the hosts were very responsive when I had a question or two. Plus maybe we just got lucky, but they left us a couple snacks in the kitchen. This was very welcome by my kids (ok I really ate them) All in all this house really suited our group. If coming back to San Juan, I'd look for this place to rent again. Michael

This place was very comfortable for us, we were 6 adults. The check in process was smooth. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place, we will be back.

The house was clean, well stocked (including towels and beach chairs), well maintained, great A/C and WiFi! It was comfortable and more spacious than we expected. The private, gated outdoor area beneath the house was a plus; we could even park our rental car inside the gate. The owner was so nice and very responsive. Isla Verde beach is a short walk away. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very convenient, but not fancy or perfectly groomed for tourists.
