A grill is on the back patio and a picnic table in the backyard for outdoor meals. The real star of Beach Haven is the location. Situated on the quiet west end of Front Beach Road, you're just a short walk from the beach access, making it easy to come and go as you please. You can even enjoy glimpses of the Gulf on the patio. And when you're not soaking up the sun, you'll be just minutes away from Pier Park, incredible PCB attractions, and the famous 30A area, with its charming boutiques, restaurants, and more. With its spacious layout and family-friendly amenities, this property is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2: Full bed plus set of twin-over-twin bunks, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. Beach Access: From the Front of the Home (at Front Beach Road) head east just a few feet towards Southfield. Across the road at Southfields and Front Beach you'll see your access, Beach Access 93. Distance: 500 Feet | Time: 2 minutes walking Need More Space: For large families vacationing together, we have a 2-story unit next door (Beach Haven in Panama City Beach) that sleeps 10. Please call us if you'd like more information! * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We came to the beach for a spring break getaway. This property is located perfectly. Very close to the beach, 2 minute walk, and far enough away from the crowded beaches. Everything was as advertised and Charlotte was very attentive and easy to communicate with regarding the property. This place has everything you need, plus some! Primary bed was very comfy and our girls loved the bunk beds. Smart tvs throughout and absolutely everything you will need in the kitchen. We cooked every day and didn't find anything missing that we needed. They have even labeled everything, such as light switches, for ease of use. There are tons of beach stuff such as chairs, toys, wagon, beach towels, etc for you to use which makes it very easy. All in all, this place is great and we would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The beach house was clean and comfortable with an updated interior. It was, as described, directly across the street from the beach access point. The hostess was fantastic. She communicated often before our visit and was quick to answer my questions. We'd love to stay here again.

Very Lovely place! Clean! Updated interior! Easy communication with the owner/host. Fantastic location with the beach right across the street, literally steps away! Unlike many of the other areas along and nearby 30A this area and the beach was not crazy crowded. If you want a little crazy, it's located just close enough to Seaside/Rosemary or the other way to Panama Beach. My family and I were very pleased! Thank you!

The location is perfect, such an easy walk to the beach. The view from the porch is beautiful. The house is lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep this property in mind for future visits.

This property was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed for our beach vacation including beach chairs and float tubes. The front porch was a quiet place for breakfast! Some of our favorite things were the cleanliness of the house, the kindness of the housekeeper in her texts, the excellent service with our host and the location to the beach access. I hope we get to go back again!! They made our visit truly a great vacation. Thank you!!

We’ve stayed at many different properties at the beach and this was by far the best! The condo size, decor, amenities, etc was more than we could hope for, the location was perfect and the owner was accessible, friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

Beach Therapy was just as advertised! It is a beautiful home right across from one of the most sparsely populated beaches I've ever seen in Panama City. Our stay was perfect....

We did a last minute beach trip over school break. Didn’t want to break the bank since it wasn’t a planned trip and we lucked out or TJ beach therapy. Charlotte was wonderful communicating everything. I accidentally had us staying 1 day longer and needed to change the date less than 1 week out and she was so accommodating. The house was beautifully upgraded and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach entrance. The area was perfect because it wasn’t crowded and we were close to grocery stores as well as the Rosemary Beach one way and the Pier the towne way. My kids LOVED the hammock on the porch. The kitchen had everything you needed. We didn’t use the gril but it looked great and new. My only recommendation is to upgrade the beach chairs or not mention it’s there to use. It was great for us not having to pack it but the chairs were old. We loved it and head to spend more time at the house because the weather wasn’t great.

We’ve been coming to Panama City beach for close to 15 years and this condo is definitely in a great location! Condo is beautifully decorated. It was nice to literally step out of the condo, cross the street and be at the beach access. The condo was very clean, which is extremely important to us. My kids loved the hammocks on the front porch. We had all the amenities that we needed. Charlotte was so nice and checked in a couple times during our stay to make sure everything was going well.
