One end of the hot tub is 4 feet deep, allowing you to float or swim. It has powerful jets for swimming or relaxing. Ample outdoor seating for gathering: 6 seat dining table on the deck, 8 seat sectional under the gazebo, 4 stools with bar attached to the hot tub. *High Speed 400mbps Wifi * 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds, + pull out sofa / 2 Full baths on 2 different levels (sleeps 12) * Fully Equipped Kitchen- Coffee bar, crock pot, toaster, blender/ mixer, pots and pans, baking sheets, and a lot more! * Family friendly quiet neighborhood, very close to the interstate and shopping * Kid/Infant friendly with baby essentials provided (crib, pack n play, baby bath insert, high chair, baby gate) Guests will have the whole home to themselves. Guests can access the home by electronic deadbolt. I’m available by text and phone. We live 15 minutes away if you need anything! This family friendly neighborhood is quiet and secluded, yet minutes away from major shopping and dining. The neighbors are very friendly and take care of their homes. There are 2 parking spots in the garage, 2-4 in front of the garage in the driveway, and open street parking in front of the home. There are sidewalks and you could bike to a large number of shops IMPORTANT HOUSE RULE: Our home has quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. This means you must be inside the home by 10pm. If you do not want to comply with this rule, please do not book this property. Noise monitor: We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). We want to be respectful of our neighbors so we will be made aware if the noise level is too high past quiet hours. Thank you!

My sisters and I needed to getaway but didn't want a long drive to get to where we were going. So Clarksville was choice to stay. The home was beautiful, clean, private, everything you could ask for in a rental. was so sorry we didn't get to use the beautiful hot tub or the secluded back yard (the weather didn't permit us to do so. But we would definitely come back to this gorgeous home. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds and pillows were just perfect. You have to stay here if you are looking for a rental in Clarksville, Indiana. Wesley and Sarah, my sisters and I would like to thank you for allowing us to use your home for the best girls trip ever.

The house was great we were in the area for the NAILE and I had heard bad things about staying in Louisville so we looked outside that area. This house was perfect. Close to good food and in a quiet neighborhood

We loved having the hot tub! Our kids took quick dips in the morning and evening in between activities. They loved that every room had a TV and we enjoyed how clean the house was and the quiet neighborhood. It was so close to downtown it made driving in for dinner quick and easy. We would definitely stay again!

We picked this VRBo because of its location to a wedding we were attending. We didn’t realize at the time how close to Louisville we were. This is a nice suburban neighborhood very close to a shopping area and next to a beautiful hiking park and a golf course. All kinds of things to do even if you don’t go to downtown Louisville. We didn’t have time for much because of wedding events, but Hubbards orchard and winery is a must. The rolling hills were extra picturesque with the fall colors. The house : beautifully remodeled with a great color scheme and decor. ( some that the owner had made himself. It was spotless. Beds were all comfortable. Linens are white and fresh. Bath Towels were large and plush. This home easily fit 10 and with the downstairs also having a complete separate living space left plenty of room for all. Large separate TVs in every room. Arcade machine with several games including pac-man that even I played, fuse ball also kept the kids and adults all entertained. Great outdoor space with covered gazebo comfortable seating with patio table that had gas fire pit. The hot tub is huge and wonderful. You can tell the owners take pride in this home and offer guests the best. Stay here !

We were a group of 6 adults. My husband and I, with our adult children and spouses. We had a great stay for a long weekend. The back yard with the enormous hot tub and gazebo area were better than expected. It was close to the distilleries downtown and we were surprised to have warm enough weather to take a pontoon boat out on the river for Sunday afternoon. The house amenities, shampoo, soap, paper products were added bonuses. The beds and pillows were comfortable and set up of the house worked well for our group. We would definitely stay again.
