About this apartment rental
This newly built beautiful guest house studio in the heart of the charming Washington-Willow Historic District full of lovely Victorian homes and gardens is walking distance from the Fayetteville Town Square with its fantastic restaurants and shops, a 7 minute drive to the U of A, and 2 minutes from the Mt Sequoyah Overlook and a 10 minute walk to Ozark natural foods co-op. It has a queen bed, living room, foldout couch, kitchenette, and modern steam shower. Sit on the lovely deck and enjoy the hot tub after a long day taking advantage of all Northwest AR has to offer (Razorbacks, Mountain Hiking/Biking, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, The Amp etc) Our cat will greet you affectionately if you allow it 😊. Our place is ideal for two people, maybe one more on the small pullout (no littles for safety reasons) --3 guests maximum.

Shops were very close. Love visiting the Town Square Market on Saturday. The Brew Fest prior to the baseball game was especially fun.Our 2nd visit to this location. Love the proximity to the campus. Perfect for visiting our son over the years. He graduates this year with two job offers. Thank you U of A.Thank you, Shana. Have a great finish to your semester.

The area was very clean upon arrival. Location was perfect as you are close to Dickson street and College Ave without much traffic. Beautiful bathroom and tile, overall great experience.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful, and every detail is really well thought out. The location is super convenient to downtown and Dickson, with the added benefit of being on a quiet, safe, and charming street. Check in was a breeze as was communication with the owners. Fantastic stay!
