Great for those looking for a quiet retreat, traveling nurses, remote workers, and everyone in between. This sparkling clean, stylish home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a morning coffee by the fire pit or the redwood deck, or soak in the hot tub during the evening. Great base for day trips to Lassen Park, Mt Shasta or just stay local and visit downtown Redding, Sundial Bridge or one of the many lakes and falls. Minutes from Bethel Church! WE HAVE A HIGH VALUE FOR CLEANLINESS, which is one of our top rated features! Our cleaners are top notch and all of our cleaning fee goes to our cleaner, ensuring they do a thorough and spotless job. We've thought of every detail so when you walk through the door, you can start RELAXING immediately!! What our guests have to say: "This was our favorite place we've stayed at so far in Redding. The house is very comfortable and cozy. They have put a lot of effort into the details of making your stay as comfortable as possible. The beds were so comfortable, and the backyard was very relaxing. They were very thoughtful and left a little note and a little gift for dinner. we will definitely want to stay there again." -M. The amenities are numerous , including a fully stocked kitchen with spices, keurig coffee machine ( pods), pots & pans, wine glasses and more. The beds and linens we’re super comfortable! The back yard was so pleasant. We had breakfast & dinner on the redwood patio and finished every night with a dip in the hot tub. They also have a fire pit which we used when the night got chilly. Most houses in the neighborhood were built in the 1950s when yards were big and people knew their neighbors. There is an elementary school nestled in the middle of the immediate neighborhood. Nearby you’ll find great walking trails and ethnic food options. The Enterprise area is conveniently located near everything without being in the middle of the city. It’s a great part of Redding! You will access the home with your unique code for the digital lock. - Downtown Redding: 10 minutes headed west on SR44 - Bethel church: 9 minutes - Turtle Bay Exploration Park: 7 minutes headed west on SR44 - Mount Shasta Mall: 8 minutes on Victor to Old Alturas Road - Bethel Church: a 10-minute drive on I-5 - Whiskeytown Lake: a 20-minute drive on CA-299W for beautiful beaches and mountain views! Kayak and paddle board rentals are available at Brandy Creek and are highly recommended ;) - Shasta Lake/Shasta Dam: 20 minutes on I-5 north, an amazing view of Mount Shasta & Shasta Lake! - Lassen National Park: 45 minutes headed east on SR44 - Mount Shasta: 1 hour on I-5 north
