About this house rental
Located in Redding, this lovely house for $316 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to a poolside paradise! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home is 2200 sq ft. and conveniently located 6 min from Bethel, 5 minutes from shopping and groceries, and 10 minutes from Shasta Lake. Two of the three full bathrooms are ensuite. Also included are High Speed Internet and a Fully Equipped Kitchen. One of the suites is connected to, but on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms so it is extra quiet! A new gazebo and fire pit were just added by the beautiful, private pool. This is a non smoking and pet free home! Total beds— 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full, 3 twins, 2 new floor twin mattress

The property was clean, safe and quiet. The host was very accommodating and all of our guests expressed that it was a beautiful home. We definitely recommend staying there, when in Redding.

What a great house we stayed there with three other couples, and took in a wonderful conference. The pool was beautiful. The kitchen worked well and the sitting area inside was fantastic.

The property was just has it was pictured and very clean. Unfortunately, all of the beds were uncomfortable and one of the rooms had no night stands or dressers. In another room the bed was directly on the floor. The instruction for the property said, not use the white towels for washing your face with makeup on, but no other towels are provided. We enjoyed the backyard and pool area very much and the property size fit our group perfectly. The location was close to Shasta lake and that was perfect for us.

My husband and myself, his sister and brother-in-law, and his other sister stayed at this house for 3 nights. The house was very clean. There was so much room and everybody was happy with the accommodations. The house had everything we needed and we loved the outdoor kitchen. Also, the location is great - close to the grocery store, not far from restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. The host is amazing: responds quickly and is available to answer questions. We had a great stay!

It was a nice place to stay. The furnace or the pool equipment or something was rather loud at night, but we did enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and a true highlight of our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. The property managers were very easy to speak with and communicated well. We will definitely be back to stay at this property.

Perfect Summer Getaway
We had a fantastic time staying at this property. It was perfectly located to use as a home base for trips in the Shasta/Trinity/Lassen area. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family of 5 and some friends who came by to hang out in the afternoons/evenings. The AC was perfect inside and the pool was amazing in the 100+ weather. We relaxed after each day trip with pool time and dinners on the patio. One night we had a BBQ using the outdoor kitchen, it was heaven!

It was a nice stay. All the necessities were provided in the home. Everything was clean felt like home. The only thing I didn’t like was to do the laundry on the day you check out. Pool temperature was also a bit cold for our liking we had to wait until late afternoon to get into the pool. It would have been nice to control the water temperature.

Great central Redding location
My wife and daughter throughly enjoyed staying at Brenda's property in Redding. The location was great, 1 hour drive to Burney Falls, just over an hour to Shasta and 5 minutes from Turtle Bay. The property was perfect for relaxing by the pool after a long day of exploring. Thanks again for making it available!

Great home - very spacious
What a lovely home and plenty of room for all of us. The master bedroom is huge with plenty of room for the extra mattresses if needed. The home is in a nice neighborhood. Brenda thought of all the details including paper products and soap. She is also super responsive and kind. We enjoyed staying and hope to come back one day. Thank you Brenda!
