Great management and staff. I had interactions with the grounds crew and housekeeping and management and all were friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was very clean and didn’t smell at all. It smelled fresh and clean, with no cigarette or smoking odor whatsoever. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the fresh, non-smoking environment.
However, I was disappointed with the lobby. It was not very clean, and the coffee pot was dirty. I was looking forward to getting some coffee, but there were boxes of onions in the area, and the lobby did not look clean or inviting. The room was clean, but the lobby definitely needs more attention to cleanliness and presentation.
