Location was fine, right next door. Nothing remarkable about the breakfast, but it was acceptable.
For more than $400 a night, I expected a far more premium experience. No one even offered to help us with our bags, and our room was at the very other end of the hotel. The stairs had threadbare carpet, and seemed poorly maintained. None of these really matter — but $400!

The property was clean.
The first room we were given was a double queen room. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King room with a sofa bed and balcony. The second room was a king room with a patio that had no view, and no sofa bed. At this point we didn’t even bother to go back. When we attempted to go to the hot tub that evening, it was cold. The gentleman who was out there, who had been a guest in the hotel for 10 weeks, said it had been warm a handful of times, despite letting staff know multiple times.
