As you enter the property, you’ll find a spacious three-acre lot with a mix of mature trees, an open meadow, and a small pond, fed by a trickling stream. Take some time to wander the paths around the pond and through the woods. Inside, the open-concept common spaces make Navywood a fantastic place to gather with family and friends. The home is tastefully renovated with light hardwood floors on both levels that set the tone for a motif of wood accents throughout. This bright and airy feel lends a welcoming tone to the shared spaces on the main floor: a dining table which accommodates six guests, and a comfy couch and seating looking out at the new deck (with BBQ grill) that spans the length of the home. Getting Around: Navywood is two hours from New York City, and while you'll definitely want a car to get enjoy the region. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. There is plenty of parking on the premises.
