Cozy, charming, and well appointed, furnished townhome in beautiful Black Rock Ridge. Wonderfully located, just outside of Park City proper, this quant and quite unit has the best of both worlds. Just 5.9 miles to PCMR, and 7.1 miles to Deer Valley resort. Memorable and breathtaking Jordanelle Reservoir is within minutes from the home. This well designed and tastefully decorated home is everything you and your guests could ever imagine! Family friendly home with 2 tv rooms and a ping pong table.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. A couple concerns to share. We went to use a couple frying pans and they were dirty, we then grab a few plates from the cabinet and they were dirty. We empty the garbage and couldn’t find anymore replacement garbage bags. Lastly, this was the first VRBO we stayed at with no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the showers. I just wanted give you a heads up.

Short drive to the park and ride with free buses to Park city and Deer Valley ski resorts. Well equipped, spacious kitchen, 2 of bedrooms are en-suite, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Ping pong table room, family room and living room. Lots of storage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Matt was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful visit and would come back to stay in the future! The unit was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The perfect place to stay for our ski trip.
