This precious town offers bike trails that span throughout 30a making it convenient to great attractions such as Seaside, state parks, beaches, restaurants and all 30a has to offer. Enjoy free parking and easy access into this 1st floor unit. 7 minute bike ride to Seaside. Walking distance to Cafe 30a. Laundry facilities onsite. Grilling area onsite and picnic area. Completely renovated and fully stocked! This condo is across the street from the white sands of 30a.

The condo was clean and updated. We stayed for a quick getaway, just the wife and I. But this would also be great for a family of 4 because of the bunk buds, which are very nice quality and comfy (I may have laid on the bottom bunk abd accidentally took a little nap haha). The one and only negative is the noise from the upstairs condo. They were quiet as far as their voices, but you can easily hear every foot step, toilet flush, sliding door open etc that is going on upstairs. I understand these are older and this is not the owners fault but worth mentioning. To us though, wasn’t a big deal.

The location was perfect and the host was very responsive and helpful! Laundry was not in the unit, but was on site and convenient. The unit was well stocked.
