About this villa rental
Luxurious villa Upper Iris is located above Oualie Beach, 3-5-minute walk down to the beach, the nicest and safest beach on Nevis. The secluded mile-long Lovers' Beach is around the corner. The villa has a large veranda with stunning views and nice breeze. Upper Iris sleeps 2-3. It has one king-size bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, living room with kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a queen-size sleeper couch. The large veranda has breathtaking sea and sunset views .
Villa Iris and its companion Villa Calypso together have four apartments can accommodate up to 14 people. Iris and Calypso share a swimming pool in the same compound.
Villa Iris has a second apartment, Lower Iris, which can be rented separately (see a separate listing on VRBO).
Lower Iris sleeps 1-2. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom, living room with a kitchenette and dining area, and a patio with a table and four chairs.
Or rent the whole Iris villa, Upper and Lower, at a discount (sleeps 3-5).
Add villa Upper Calypso for additional guests.
Upper Calypso sleeps 4-6. It has two king-size bedroom, each with a private bathroom, large living room with kitchen and a sleeper couch, large veranda (see a separate listing on VRBO). Calypso also has a separate apartment, Lower Calypso, on the lower floor (see a separate listing on VRBO).

The apartment was good, needs some new windows but we spent most of our time on the deck so it was just fine! The bed was comfortable with air conditioning for the evenings. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for making meals. We adored the troops of green monkeys that visited us every morning. There were 2 different troops both had adorable babies! Location is great with expanding views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts. Right above Oualie Beach which we visited a lot! Central location to either side of the island for other great beach bars and groceries. Also enjoyed the pool many days. Host and caretakers were wonderful and had all the information we needed before our arrival. Great vacation overall and we will be back! Thank you Gary and Marie for the stay at your lovely apartment.
