Lack of consistent hot water. Minor maintenance items apparently indicate lack of detailed maintenance.

Reception was very responsive - location was excellent as it was in walking distance to malls, restaurants, supermarkets - felt very safe and comfortable - would certainly repeat
The Team was very responsive to small issues we encountered during our stay
Bathrooms are on the small side (2-bedroom apartment)
The elevator did not reach 12th floor (only until 11th floor), but only mattered on arrival and departure with luggage
