Good location. Clean and space worked well for base to go out from in the local area.
Pillows were very uncomfortable (lumpy).Bit thin on the ground on kitchen utensils (e.g. no cloth to wipe surfaces; a cafetiere would be nice; no baking tray)

Pleasant cottage in a village near Matlock. Nice bedrooms, well fitted kitchen.
The main drawback was in the bathroom being on the ground floor. The cottage was quite small and really only big enough for 2 despite having 2 double bedrooms. It is on the main road through the village on a steep hill with only street parking. The sofa and chair had seen better days and really needed replacing.

The fact it was clean, well resourced, nicely decorated and comfortable. A lovely welcome pack was provided.
The only downside was having the shower downstairs, with bedrooms upstairs.

Quite clean and nice kitchen etc , beds were clean and everything worked fine .
Fire or smoke alarm kept flashing at night in both bedrooms and we couldn’t sleep properly! Sofas a little poor shape and needed cleaning or replacing . Parking a bit of a gamble on the busy street but we managed each day .
