Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist mit nur wenigen Schritten Mitten im Geschehen. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Drei steile Treppen um die Wohnung zu erreichen, sind schon eine Herausforderung.
Leider haben wir, trotz Mückenstecker, unter vielen Mücken in den Schlafräumen gelitten.

De ruimte was geweldig. Een heel ruim appartement op een top locatie. Er was werkelijk aan alles gedacht en fantastisch ingericht.
Het is een oud pand en daarom kan het gehorig zijn.

New, well-maintained apartment
Convenient location
Polite and responsive communication at the beginning
On the second evening, we discovered multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and in the hallway (including when lifting our bags), which significantly affected our comfort. It was also very unsettling to leave a stay like this with the concern of having brought cockroaches home.
The suggestion to carry out chemical treatment during the stay, especially with small children present, did not feel like an appropriate solution.
We proposed a reasonable compromise (~27% refund); however, we were informed that this would only be possible in exchange for providing a positive 10/10 review in advance, which did not seem appropriate to us. This also left us questioning how representative other reviews may be.
Resolving the situation required significant time and effort and caused unnecessary stress; in the final communication, our request for compensation was described as exerting pressure and being inappropriate, which we did not agree with.
In the end, no compensation was provided by the property.
For us, this clearly affected our comfort and overall experience. We find this particularly unfortunate, as the apartment itself has clear potential.
