A wonderful stay in a superb area

The pool and the space in general. Incredible views, even though the noise was difficult to hear at times.

The fact you could not sit in reception after checkout, it was very difficult to convince the staff to allow me to wait for my friend

Nothing, there was no hot water to shower.

I wouldn't come back because of the location, noise and total lack of care towards the place.

The place is spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure. They have a mini market inside the building for quick shopping needs. There is only one place within walking distance if you need small and quicker meals, but it's overpriced (keep in mind that he area is not safe for walking long distances). The building facilities were OK, and the view is beautiful for São Paulo lovers, but it's definitely noisy.

The apartment needs some love! Basic needs, like hand soap, were missing, and toilet paper hangers were falling. The shower shelf is rusted, no paper towels, and the glass of the cooktop has a massive crack (I didn't cook, so not sure if it's working). Kitchen utensils and glasses are missing. The big glass window has most of the sealing rubber coming off and hanging. One of the bedside lamps is completely broken, and the lamp is hanging inside. The building facilities are disappointing. The pool is overcrowded and dirty, and the gym has basic equipment. The spa (hot tub) needs to be booked way in advance and costs extra.

Wonderful location in a modern building.

I really like the location of the apartments. Also the building is relative new, so the facilities are clean and nice.

Despite having a little trouble with the door code of one apartment, it took some time to fix the problem. The building door, that opens with biometry, sometimes got stuck.

Colchão e da localização!

Comunicação Whatsup perigosa, acusatória e infundada. Manutenção péssima , sujeira, perdi quatro dias p colocar os problemas em ordem. Sifão vazando, ar condicionado, fechadura digital, geladeira soltando gás, pias entupidas … deixei o apto em condições p o próximo hóspede.
