Γλυκύτατο και πεντακάθαρο σπιτάκι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Μπροστά διαθέτει κήπο με ελιές που προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα και ησυχία. Πανέμορφη τοποθεσία κοντά στην παραλία και σε πολλές ταβέρνες. Ο κύριος Χαράλαμπος πολύ ευγενής κι εξυπηρετικός, μας σύστησε ωραίες παραλίες κι αξιοθέατα. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα κι ευχόμαστε να επιστρέψουμε!

Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft, die Olivenbäume im Garten, wo auch das Auto abgestellt werden kann. Erster Eindruck recht urig oder schnukelig. Viele Dekosachen/Bücher in den Regalen, wodurch es noch weniger Ablagefläche gibt. Aufgrund der geringen Größe des Appartements ist es nur für max. 2 Personen geeignet, so auch die Küchenausstattung. Kühlschrank ist super.
Insektenschutz und Wäscheleine.
Besitzerin lebt in einer anderen Stadt. Kommunikation erfolgt über Harris, der sehr herzlich ist und sich um alle Fragen/Belange kümmert und in der Nähe wohnt.
Das Schlafzimmer ist zu klein. Es ist schwierig für jemanden der bei der Fensterseite und geöffneten Fenstern schläft, in aufrechtem Gang aus dem Zimmer zu kommen. Zum Strand ist es weit mehr als 1 km, da man nicht direkt gehen kann und bis zur nächsten Abzweigung sind es 400m. Kein Mini Market oder Bäckerei in der Nähe. Die Terrasse ist nicht überdacht, nur beschattet, was bei Regen nicht sehr lustig ist, da der Tisch in der Küche zum Essen zu klein ist. Es gibt leider auch keine Sonnenliegen im Garten. WLAN instabil.

Les moustiques...il faut faire attention en entrant et en sortant de la maison pour qu'ils ne rentrent pas...mais il y a des moustiquaires et des spirales à disposition

In a small space, you have almost everything you need for your stay. The kitchen area is tiny, but well equipped, the bedroom has a wardrobe; the bathroom has a well working shower. It's simple, but nice and Greek style. The area is really quiet. South Evia has amazing sceneries and beaches. We really enjoyed the patio and the garden, cat included. Communication with Chrysa is fast and easy, she and Charis are kind and welcoming.
