The location is fantastic with exceptional views across Porth Minster beach and the town. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach where there are all the facilities needed. Plenty of space in the house, with all the facilities and equipment required by a large group.

The walk back from the beach is very steep, understandable in St Ives but people need to know. The parking is very tight, if you have a large vehicle, it would be impossible to access, either front or back. It's a steep road at the front to carry luggage up and down and the back has steep steps for access.
