Schöne Wohnung - schlechter Service - dafür deutlich zu teuer

Die Lage ist sehr schön und die Wohnung im Prinzip auch. Sie liegt zwischen einer ruhigen Straße (Eingang) und einer etwas lauteren (Schlafzimmer), ist aber bei geschlossenem Fenster innen sehr ruhig. Wohnung ist schön geräumig und ein schöner Altbau, praktischer Wasch-Trockner vorhanden.

Leider haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Vermieter gemacht. 1. Baby-Gast: Wir sind mit Baby gereist und hatten bereits 3 Monate vorher ein Babybett angefragt. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, aber kurz vor der Anreise wurde uns bestätigt, dass ein Babybett vor Ort sei. Als wir ankamen war keines vor Ort. Die Unterkunft brauchte dann ein paar Stunden um zu reagieren, so dass wir unser Baby erstmal auf den Boden zum Schlafen legen mussten. Dann teilte man uns mit, hinten im Schrank sei ein Babybett, das wir dann selbst aufbauen sollten. Leider gab es dazu nur zwei viel zu kleine und fleckige Matratzen ohne Laken. Auf nochmalige Nachfrage bat uns die Unterkunft nur das gleiche Babybett mit zu kleiner Matratze aus einer anderen Wohnung an. Wir mussten uns dann selbst um eine Matratze kümmern und hatten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts keine Lösung der Unterkunft bekommen. Man stelle sich das mal mit einem erwachsenen Gast vor, für den bei der Anreise kein Bett vorhanden ist, nur ein im Schrank verstecktes Klappbett mit Matratze ohne Laken, die nur einen Teil des Lattenrostes ausfüllt. Wir haben das beim Reisen mit Baby noch nie in dieser Form erlebt! 2. Sauberkeit: Die Sauberkeit war dürftig, Boden nicht richtig sauber, viele Spinnweben etc. 3. Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist gerade für längere Aufenthalte etwas dürftig (keine Salatschüsseln, keine tiefen Teller, Besteck vom Flohmarkt). 4. Schlüsselsystem: Das elektrische Schließsystem ist sehr fehleranfällig. Wir mussten täglich die Batterien neu einsetzen, damit es überhaupt funktionierte (Der Vermieter dazu: "Es freut uns, dass Sie selbst eine Lösung gefunden haben" :-) ). Der Schlüsselkasten vor der Tür war an einer anderen Stelle, als per Mail angegeben. Der Code wurde uns überhaupt erst nach Nachfrage geschickt. 5. Kommunikation: Allgemein leider sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Fragen wurden immer erst bei Nachhaken beantwortet.

Het kluisje met de sleutel hing niet waar het aangekondigd was: in plaats van bij de brievenbus hing het aan een regenpijp, onder een bouwstelling. Bovendien was de aangekondigde naam + nummer van het appartement op het kluisje niet leesbaar. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om duidelijke en correcte instructies te geven? En te zorgen dat de instructies up to date zijn?! Parkeren op straat lukte niet. De aanbevolen parkeergarage is dichtbij en praktisch maar is prijzig : voor een verblijf van 2 nachten betaalden we € 40.

Lage sehr gut. Gute Ausstattung.

Lösung für das Schließ System abenteuerlich. Wifi funktionierte nicht. Wohnung war nicht gereinigt. Service nett, aber nicht wirklich hilfreich.
