Плохая звукоизоляция. Нет бассейна. Очень странные завтраки в кафе. Не понятные и не вкусные блюда. Кофе не вкусный и к тому же за дополнительную плату.

The facilities were all new and very clean. They also have an excellent spa. The location was great and. We appreciated the room upgrade to one with a sea view i stead of the one with streets view.
The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. It wasn’t cleaned, and we were left with a full bin of rubbish and even had to ask twice for toilet paper. Breakfast wasn’t served in the same location but in a different restaurant. On the first day, staff guided us there, but for the remaining days we were left to find it on our own.
All the staff were friendly, but after traveling through Vietnam from North to South and staying in multiple hotels, we have to say we were disappointed with the level of customer service. It didn’t reflect the exceptional Vietnamese hospitality we experienced elsewhere. They were kind and willing to help, but something was definitely missing.
