Great location, comfortable beds ,well equipped good value for money, very spacious rooms

Boiler made horrible loud noise specifically early morning,loads of cigarette butt's in the back yard,couldn't control the central heat so got to hot at times

Great location, comfortable beds ,well equipped good value for money, very spacious rooms
