Lovely place and hosts. Great location for my work in central Grantham. Hosts paid a lot of attention to comfort and need and checking if I needed anything else, also really flexible about my arrangements.
A no-sugar breakfast option apart from the fresh fruit - so maybe a no or low sugar cereal, and an option for wholemeal bread instead of white. But apart from that breakfast was nice, coffee very good and very generous.

Ideal location for our visit to family and friends with easy access and parking on site. Simple, DIY buffet style breakfast of cereal, fruit and coffee was more than adequate for us. Premises were fresh, clean and tidy.
At 6 feet 2 tall, I found the en-suite shower a little cramped, but managed to endure the contortions for 10 minutes each morning!! The bathroom itself matched the rest of the house, being fresh, clean and ideal for a couple of nights stay.

My room was beautifully decorated, very clean, well appointed. The downstairs dining room has snacks & bottles of water as well as the breakfast items. The property is easy to find. I’ve stayed before in the front bedroom but this time I had the back bedroom which is my favourite, it’s quiet & has a lovely view of the garden. The owner Claire is lovely.
