The location and cleanliness. Only 20 minute walk from the stadium was ideal as it was quicker to walk back than get caught up in the traffic.
No off street parking, but was no major issue as the street was so quiet.

Great location and facilities. Host responded to requests straight away. Cosy home, and felt safe.
The mattress on the double bed needs replacing.

Dirty towels, but I brought my own.
Bedding not washed, hair seen on linen, feathers and sand in the lounge.
Had to go buy my own bed linen.
Every time I went to the kitchen, I saw dog shit in the garden.
Bins weren't taken out prior to our arrival.
I had to buy my own toilet paper.
I had to clean the property and take out the bins.
