Our weekend stay at this beautiful farmhouse-style space in Fredericksburg was absolutely perfect! "The Barn" had an awesome rustic charm with cozy furniture, an open space concept, and huge kitchen island. It was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic location too!

Perfect place for 6 people. The place was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary wine bottle and snacks left for us for our weekend celebration. The back patio is a great area to relax and chat. We didn’t get to use the fire pit due to the rain but the space is cute for hangouts. We were fortunate that the next door “Loft” didn’t have anyone staying in it which I can’t imagine figuring out the parking situation of first come first serve. The place is super close to Main Street, it’s doable if you want to walk but it’s about 3 blocks to get to. The check out process was simple and easy than most places require. 10/10 for us 🫶🏼

Beautiful, Clean, convenient location, fun atmosphere, comfy beds. I cant say enough. We usually fight over the rooms every time we go to one of their B&B's. Sheila always has really nice bottles of wine for us and all the necessities we need for coffee etc all we need are our clothes. I highly recommend staying here is you love the hill country look and feel.

The place is just ok. It is clean. The hot water doesn’t last long enough for 2 people. Much less 3 or 4. It is a doublewide that has been turned into a duplex. The walls are thin. So you can hear everything inside and out. Lots of traffic on the road. It is close to town. Not somewhere you just want to hangout after a long day.
