This was our first beach rental and we hope to return soon. The house was very clean. Air Conditioning worked great. Everything you need is there. Just bring food. This location is good if you want to be away from the beach crowd. There are other houses around but separated enough to have privacy. Short walk to the beach. Great views. My gf and I hope to reserve this same spot again before summer is over.

We have stayed here 3 times - location is a little further from town, but the beach isn't as busy. House is always clean. Had trouble with coffee maker and she brought us a new one almost immediately. Kitchen and pantry well stocked- bottled water, pans, extra K-Cups and more. We love this house and hope to return soon!

We had such a great time at Surfside Serenity. This beach house is awesome, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped with perfect working appliances and all the utensils you need. We loved the lighting throughout the house, the lighting on the outside as well and we loved the fact that you can roll the shutters down and felt secure while sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the living room furniture is nice and clean. The shower was roomy and the water pressure is good with nice shower head. As to previous comments about the water, it is Well water and has an odor when you first turn the water on but goes away and it does not stay on your skin and make you stink, the water is fine. The deck has a lot of room and has plenty of furniture with beautiful views of the beach. Easy access to the beach with the walk over. I do recommend this house if you would like a nice, well designed, roomy clean beach house.
