Every time I’m in Virginia Beach I stay at this location. It is so close to the beach, but also has a grassy area if you don’t feel like getting sand everywhere . There is also a pool, laundry, and restaurant on site. The building is older, but I think has the right amount of charm for a solo or a couple of travelers.
Pam was my host and she was wonderful. I really appreciate the small things she did to make the room feel cozy.

It was nice overall however there were some things that made it just "okay".
Outlets didn't allow you to charge things, the sink didn't drain, and we found a cockroach night 1 which left us paranoid the rest of the stay.
Overall response time from the host was great and only steps from the beach.
