Everything! The hotel was easy to get to, staff was friendly, room was amazing (hot tub was really really nice!!; room was really quiet). Breakfast was nice. It was just - simply put - an amazing trip!
We had to call the hotel to find out where we had to park our car. Then we got the address and how to park it, it went really easy. But that is the only thing we found that could've been increased (although everything was still very good and is still worth of a 10)

Bella posizione, in pieno centro, arredamento alla moda, bella location, personale gentile ed efficiente… ma troppo oberato da varie incombenze (il barista andava pure alla cassa, idem la gentile signora che serviva ai tavoli durante la colazione)
pulizia carente. Sotto il letto c’era tanta polvere accumulata e un fazzolettino di carta abbandonato non si sa quando. Nella camera c’era eccessivo profumo di deodorante per ambienti, tanto che ho chiesto alla reception dove fosse attaccato il diffusore in modo da staccarlo, ma hanno risposto che non c’era nessun diffusore in stanza. Dunque, ho aperto il balcone per far cambiare l’aria, ma mi sono ritrovata circondata da moscerini perché non c’era la zanzariera. In frigo una bottiglia di acqua naturale che sembrava essere stata riempita varie volte, già utilizzata da qualcuno, non sigillata.
