Wir schreiben selten Review über unseren Hotel-Aufenthalt. Aber zum KYND Hotel möchten wir gerne berichten:
Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr höflich und freundlich. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass man als Gast respektiert wird und stets willkommen ist.
Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit der Buchung von KTX Zugverbindung. An der Rezeption hat man uns sehr gut weitergeholfen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für uns genügend Auswahl. Jeden Tag unterschiedliche Suppen und koreanische Gerichte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir können das KYND Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die weiteren anstehenden 10 Übernachtungen in Kürze.
Im Bad gibt es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für z.B. Handtücher oder Baduntensilien. Das Hotelzimmer ist etwas zu dunkel. Allerdings überwiegt das Positive, sodass wir das Hotel dennoch mit 10 von 10 Punkten bewerten möchten.

Very good location, easy for shopping, close to customer office. Room was clean and large, bed was good. Laundry was comfortable to use.
Breakfast is good, but almost same dishes in my 5 nights stay except soup. It will be great if any one meat dish have alternative. I could watch world cup football at canteen though. it was very nice.
TV in the room had lots of channels, but very similar Korean channels... no international channels.

The massage chair and Jacuzzi was a great addition to ensure a relaxing retreat after a long day. The toilet was very fancy with warm seats and different functions. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the clothes steaming cupboard was also pretty cool. I would have liked some extra space to keep my clothes though, cupboard was really small.
The breakfast was very basic and not at all attractive for foreigners. There were basic eggs (boiled and fried) and 3-4 local dishes with black coffee and no hot milk (I like a good latte), though the staff did heat up the milk on request. Lighting in the room and bathroom could have been better, especially at the mirrors. Women need good lighting to get their makeup right! :)
