The house is in a great location and we liked being able to walk to the village for meals and drinks and it was easy to access the coast and days out.
The three main bedrooms were spacious and the showers were powerful.
The whole property needs a deep clean, we rang on arrival day as the bathrooms were not well cleaned at all with multiple hairs on the floors. A team was sent out to redo them and they were much better, but generally the property needs a deep clean of all the kitchen cupboards, wardrobes etc… as generally things seemed a bit grubby, crumbs in cupboards or very dusty. One pillow had a blood stain on it, one bathroom had no bath mat.
The builders at a neighbouring house were working outside with diggers, a pneumatic drill and generally making noise from 8am and there were multiple vans in the small close that made accessing the drive and getting out challenging at times.
The garden could do with a tidy up.
There was a fire basket in the garden, but no BBQ as advertised.
