Apart from the bad house keeping the flat is nice

It had parking but was small but okay

Bad housekeeping No toilet roll ,the small cupboard were the ironing board is kept had children’s buckets and spades with sand in them, and struggled to get it out to use The small bedroom had no main light working and the curtain was missing a clip so in was hanging off . Only one bin bag so no recycling can be done, The rubbish bin in the kitchen doesn’t shut so after a few days it starts to smell a little . There is sewerage smell that comes from the bathroom. The shower rail doesn’t fit properly very annoying, Finally the front door lock needs changing or repairing really struggled to unlock

Ok but nothing to rave about, St Ives is beautiful, the apartment is ok but not great.

Location in terms of proximity to the beach and harbour.

Parking was not advertised as being so tight, for a large car it was touch and go if we could get to the space let alone in it. There was also an incredibly strong sewage smell from the bathroom. I noted in the guest book that this has been raised previously by other guests going back several years. This made the accommodation very unwelcoming. The apartment is also on a very busy noisy road and this led to us having difficulties sleeping during our stay, again this was not noted on the website for this accommodation and should be, we are not particularly light sleepers but the noise outside from traffic during all hours was too much and spoiled the trip as we spent most of the break exhausted through lack of sleep.
