Love this hotel. First stayed for two night and later extended another 2 more night. Reception staff was very helpful and polite .

Firstly the room was amazing and huge withe a good sized balcony. There is a rooftop area to lounge around and even a small gym. I had the corner room so it was quiet on my end and not much vibration felt and despite being streetfront the street noise was not too loud.
The bed was also confortable
Location wise this was great. Very close to the beach and can even see this from the balcony.
There is also parking for bikes underground which is secure with someone watching over the bikes constantly.
Staff were not the most helpful and were at times more focused on socialising. Not the best service ive seen but not terrible.
No iron available which is annoying as sometimes you need to do a last minute outfit change or get up early for a tour.
The bathroom could do with some TLC as it is showing signs of wear and tear, and there is no shower curtain around the bath so it can get pretty messy pretty quick.
Location for this place isnt the clearest for grab drivers as it says SOCO hotel clearly but the Emerald part is a little more obscure.

Room smells weird. It can be better. The shower has no separation and just right into the sink and toilet.
