This place truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were excellent, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The location is fantastic, easy to find, quiet, clean, and offering beautiful views. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Umar for being so responsive.

Это не просто "неудачное бронирование", это — отлаженная схема обмана. Мы забронировали дорогие апартаменты с высоким рейтингом, но по приезду нас ждал шок: · Невыносимая вонь сигарет, которая въелась в стены и мебель. · Грязь повсюду: пятна на диване, коврах, постельном белье. · Антисанитария в ванной комнате и на кухне. Раздавленные тараканы на полках посуды, на диване сидеть нельзя он весь в пятнах и пропитан сигаретами как и каждая тканевая деталь в этой квартире Это абсолютно НЕ соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Самое главное — действия хозяина. Это классическое мошенничество: 1. После вежливой просьбы решить проблему прямо на входе в апартаменты, нам отказали сославшись на "невозвратный тариф". 2. Когда мы предоставили неопровержимые фото- и видеодоказательства, хозяин начал лгать, утверждая, что "все проверено и чисто". 3. Нам предложили смехотворную компенсацию (20% за одну ночь), пытаясь замять скандал, пока мы были вынуждены с детьми искать ночью другое жилье. Вывод: Хозяин знает, что предоставляет некачественный услугу, и рассчитывает на то, что вы смиритесь и он заработает. "Невозвратный тариф" используется здесь как инструмент шантажа. Рекомендация будущим гостям: · ДВАЖДЫ ПОДУМАЙТЕ перед бронированием. · ТРЕБУЙТЕ от хозяина актуальные фото и видео перед заездом. · НЕ ПОЛАГАЙТЕСЬ на честность этих людей. Обращение к Booking.com: Просьба провести проверку этого объекта. У нас есть полный комплект доказательств (фото, видео, переписка), готовы предоставить по запросу. Такие партнеры наносят прямой ущерб репутации вашей платформы.

Абсолютно все, не понравилось. Это не жилье, это грязный притон.

This place truly felt like a home away from home. The amenities were excellent, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.
