Scam, as wrong amount was charged

Beware of this scam: the apartent company RENTERS charged a too high ampunt from my credit card, claimed it to fx charges (which is wrong, as tehy anyway charged in eur themselves..), then were reluctant to reimburse the money. booking.com also wasnt helpful, and I had to waste huge amount of time with the helpline. So far, I still wait for the money. All in all, this is not worth it and I will avoid Renters form now on.

Tragiczne łóżko z cienkich desek AMATORSKIEJ, DOMOWEJ ROBOTY bez podparcia dla kręgosłupa. Wykupiliśmy 4 noclegi. Na podłodze, na materacu, który też pozostawia wiele do życzenia wytrzymaliśmy 2 noce. Na kolejne noclegi wynajęliśmy na booking.com inny pokój. Zmarnowane pieniądze.

Doskonała lokalizacja w południowej części Śródmieścia. Mieszkanie usytuowane w skrzydle od podwórza, co skutecznie niwelowało hałas ulicy Poznańskiej. Wnętrze dosyć stylowe. Bardzo wygodne łóżko podwójne. Precyzyjna (wręcz wzorcowa) instrukcja dotarcia do mieszkania.

Dwie rolki papieru toaletowego dla czterech osób na blisko pięć dni - to odbiera poczucie bezpieczeństwa i stwarza upokarzającą sytuację.
