The location is great, between the metro (subte) and Palermo Soho. It's an apartment in a normal residential building. The owner is nice (he came to meet me for checkin and checkout). The price is good value.
The condition of the apartment is far from perfect - the owner told me that it will improve in the future. The kitchen could use some additions.
