Very secure and easy to get to most anything

Wasn’t sure how to do some things. There were conflicting instructions. Example at the pool it stated it closed at 7pm but in room instructions stated 9pm. So some things were unclear

1. Quiet and Secured environment 2. Security Guard for 24 hours with strict access checking 3. Unit having complete cooking utensils and induction cooker 4. Fridge. Microwave and Washing machine provided 5. Condo facilities such swimming pool and gym is available 6. Extremely friendly and helpful host :) 7. Nearby Parks (Rizal, Osmena), mosques, churches and shops 8. Near to City Hall buildings and offices 9. Clean rooms

The unit is a bit compact... would prefer a slightly larger unit... but considering all the good side of this unit and area... don't mind anyway

I like it because it is near to all. It feels like home and the cleanliness is very good. Overall I like it and I will definitely recommend this property.

The sliding door in CR is hard to open but manageable

Clean apartment. Friendly guards. Nice location. Price was decent.

A bit cramped i.e. bathroom. My son and hit our heads several times. Only You Tube. No Wifi. Couldnt find Netflix. Water was shut off at 4am the day we left. I said I leave between 5-6am.
