The location was excellent, in a quiet area but still very convenient for exploring the city. The Line 11 metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, and Nanjing Road is about 30 minutes by metro.
The breakfast was varied, with a good selection of both international and Asian options. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. The laundry facilities were easy to use, and the gym was well equipped.
The only downside was the sound insulation. I could hear the noise of the wind quite clearly throughout the night, which was a little disturbing. It can easily be solved by using earplugs, which is what I did.

Totul a fost peste așteptări. Locație, curățenie, mic dejun diversificat.
Deși este stipulat că se vorbește limba engleză, în toate zilele cât am stat, nu am întâlnit pe nimeni de la recepție cu care să mă pot înțelege fără Google Translate. La check-in, desi rezervarea a fost cu mic dejun inclus, plătit dealtfel, au încercat o "schemă" să taxeze suplimentar micul dejun. Cu insistente și dovezi de la Booking, s-a rezolvat într-un final. Pentru un hotel de 5 stele, asta lasă de dorit!!

Very near to metro, cozy and comfortable stay, worth the money, staff are helpful to attend our needs, food was good too. Everything was great.
Some of the staff cannot really speak good English but they are friendly and helpful. Our stay is during winter, the room temperature cannot be adjusted because they don’t have warmer. So when we arrived the room temperature was 25 degrees and air was stagnant. They provide us a fan so we feel comfortable.
