This accomodation exceed expectations. The surrounding area near the B&B was safe and not dirty unlike what some reviews mention. The room is sparkling clean, huge, comfy mattress, kitchen facilities (without stove) was perfect, breakfast treat was simple and sufficient, coffee was Lavazza. The staff was always helpful and responsive especially when we needed help. It wasn't noisy fromt the streets and neighbours. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who visits Pisa. Location near 4min from train station and abundant cheap halal food around the area and just on the ground level. Price is reasonable.

Simple decor, but immaculately clean and comfortable. The communication was good and the staff helpful and professional. It was ideally placed for railway station, shopping, tourist sites and airport, which was only 5 minutes in a taxi.

It’s on the first floor and there was alot of noise from the premises above and below!
