Don’t book unless you have your own transportation.

The property itself was nice, good sized bedrooms and great outdoor seating. The house also felt private due to the gate and nice greenery surrounding it. The area the house is in is very quiet!

The property was very far out from the town, I would only recommend booking this property if you have your own form of transportation. There was 3 of us and we were not able to drive so we had to spend 150-200baht one way each time we needed to get to and from the town. I booked the property for 5 days and after arriving and realizing the location was extremely inconvenient I contacted the manager about possibly getting a refund for some of our stay if we checkout early. They would not refund even one night. The locks on the gate were also very difficult to get on and off so it was extremely frustrating dealing with that every time you needed to go anywhere.
