The host Alan couldn’t do enough for us, he goes out of the way to help making everything so much easier for us. He got everything sorted earlier and on a previous visit he picked me up and dropped me back off as I was doing the Cumbrian way. Facilities were clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect. The thing we enjoyed most about our stay was how peaceful the site and surrounding area is. Surrounded by walks and small villages but also not far away from the busier areas of the lakes. Ideal place to relax and recharge

We had the most wonderful stay here for our minimoon after our wedding! It was incredibly peaceful, private and surrounded by beautiful nature, with the horses and sheep nearby making it feel extra special. The perfect place to escape and unwind. Our dog was happy and he came back absolutely knackered after sniffing new place ( which is sometimes impossible for springer spaniel! )
The owner was lovely too. He gave us complete privacy but was always just a message away if we needed anything.
Just be warned… coming back to reality after such a quiet and beautiful place is not easy! 😂 We absolutely loved it and would happily come back!

Lovely cozy pod with a nice view of distant mountains. The bed was comfy and the hot tub along with the other outdoor areas were great. The whole area was clean and the kitchen and bathroom were perfect. Parking right outside the pod and not far of a drive to the city.
