Exceptional value, lovely quiet street, spacious. Parking was always available near the school right around the corner, or right outside if you are lucky. Excellent base for the entire coast of Normandy.
Worthwhile to mention the beds are not very large, the stairway to the second floor felt a bit wobbly, and we could have used a fan or something for the bedrooms, to keep it a bit cooler, but overall, it's just exceptional value.
The deposit payment is a bit weird. I would certainly prefer to have not had to do that

Le logement est très agréable, propre, bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Il est, par ailleurs, très bien situé, proche centre ville. Je recommande sans hésitation.
