I booked at last minute and the host was super responsive and arranged check in for us. He is gentle when speaking and the place is well located .. a few min from the airport and loads of eating places. Clean and great quality furnishings. I love my decision. Thanks VOAK homes.
The Wi-Fi didn’t connect at all, and the electricity ran out. The host was asleep because he was in a different time zone. I had to pay $10 for electricity for one night. The host sincerely apologized but offered no refund. Maybe he took it for granted, since he is genuinely a gentle person. I’m writing this comment here to make sure future guests are protected. I struggled without Wi-Fi and didn't think I had to pay for electricity, which I left for other guests since I used only 6 units out of 46 🥹
