It’s location is great. The staff is generally friendly.
Stayed there for 14 days and no housekeeping. I had to ask for a cleaning. The rooms for a single person are really small.

clean, well-connected by transit, good area - lot's of local shopping spots and restaurants nearby + gwangjang market was very close!

Great location, powerful shower, nice a/c, comfortable bed.

The location is very good: close to the metro, bus stops, and many shops and pharmacies, which makes it very convenient. The shared kitchen was a pleasant surprise — it is clean, well-equipped, and always maintained in good condition. There is also a free luggage scale available, which is a very useful detail.
However, the room I stayed in (210) was disappointing. The door handle was in poor condition, the floor was dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust under the bed. Parts of the floor and walls were swollen, and the overall renovation quality seemed very poor. There were also some strange details, like a random pink basket above the TV, which made the room look untidy.
There is a mini fridge that works well, but the air conditioner was very dirty, so I didn’t want to use it. When I arrived, the windows were closed, and since the bathroom is open-style, the room felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell. The window only opens a few centimeters and faces a wall, so proper ventilation is almost impossible.
The lighting in the room is good, with different light options. The bathroom itself is okay and the water pressure is strong, but when showering, debris comes up from the drain, which is unpleasant. Also, the bathroom entrance is very low, and I hit my head several times.
I would recommend bringing your own slippers, as the provided ones are not disposable. The towels are very small and not suitable for full use.
