La situation, les deux salles de bain, le balcon, l'équipement de l'appartement (machine à café, table à repasser, climatisation, bouteilles d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, produits à vaisselle...), la réactivité de l'agence Habitat Parisien.
Le fait que l'appartement n'était pas prêt lorsque je suis arrivée alors que j'avais précisé mon heure d'arrivée, le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul toilette situé dans l'une des deux salles de bain, ce qui n'est pas très pratique quand on est 4. La canapé du salon n'est pas très confortable. Il manquait également un torchon.

Posizione eccezionale. Un appartamento elegante e molto luminoso con balcone a giro sul salone-cucina fornita di tutto. Bello perché vecchio ma ristrutturato bene
Un solo bagno con WC
Il secondo ha solo doccia e lavabo. Questo è il punto debole dell’appartamento. Inoltre non è bello bloccare 500 euro per garanzia per un appartamento in locazione brevissima su Booking.

- один ключ на всех. Нас было 6 и было сложно координировать перемещение маленькими группами, так как ключ был всего один.
- администратор написал, что ключа два, мы не смогли найти второй. И только после нашего сообщения администратор подтвердил, что ключ все таки один.
- не был наполнен шампунь и гель для душа в одной из душевых комнат.
- плохо работал душ в одной из душевых.
- диван был слишком мягкий, на утро все мышцы болели.
- грязный утюг, мы не рискнули его использовать, на нем были следы от сожженной одежды.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, con tutto il necessario. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Letti comodi, anche divano letto. Posizione eccezionale
Nulla in particolare. I bagni sono molto piccoli, ma ci sono due docce che si possono utilizzare contemporaneamente. Pulizia adeguata, migliorabile in alcuni particolari.
