Villa far exceeded our expectations. Very clean with bags of character. Well equipped kitchen. Stunning views over Kassiopi to Saranda. Large bedrooms, kitchen and lounge space with great outdoor spaces with gas barbecue. Air conditioning throughout, worked well, easy to operate. Exceptionally peaceful location. Owner was very kind and attentive to anything we required. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Drive up single track lane was bumpy and you definitely need car hire. Possible to walk down to the town but walk back would be very difficult in heat of summer. Not a deal breaker for us though as we had large hire car. Pool cleaning could have been a little more thorough, again no big deal though.

A few fittings were a bit old or tatty, but that wasn’t a problem because the place is so nice

The view, the space, the beds were very comfortable. It had everything you needed.
When we arrived the air conditioning was not working, but was quickly fixed when we called Heleni. The garden was not really maintained, but we spent all of our time on the patio where the pool is and this view was amazing. The kitchen cupboards were frustrating to open. The road to the villa was challenging in a regular car.

The pool was lovely , bedrooms excellent with A/C . The view was amazing . Outside space really good , cleaning lady /service was exceptional as was the pool cleaning . Sunbeds comfortable , towels really nice . Beds comfortable, linen really good . Good family space , very spacious and clean . Kitchen well equipped, kitchen draws openings difficult
No Air conditioning in the kitchen and lounge , very uncomfortable environment , we did not use the lounge at all . Road access really rough , higher up the mountain than we envisaged , name on Villa not Villa Helios but Villa Las !! Front door needs a light outside , difficult to open with key .
